    Founded in 1979, Van Zelst, Inc. is a nationally-recognized landscape design, installation, and maintenance firm headquartered in Wadsworth, Illinois. Owner and president David Van Zelst and his team of landscape architects, designers, masons, and field crews develop and install customized, client-focused designs that enhance and beautify the surroundings.


    • Design
      Van Zelst works as a cohesive team. Staff landscape architects collaborate with horticulturists, foresters, engineers, and project managers to interpret the client’s ideas into a detailed set of construction drawings.

      Van Zelst grows 90% of the perennials they use. Planting, grading, and sodding are among the procedures skilled workers provide.
